Classes 9 October & 23 October 2012

Hello students!

Welcome to class.

Only a few days left until your autumn break. Hopefully you'll have some nice events ahead of you.
After the autumn break you'll have one regular week and right after that your test week. Which is called a 'week' but is actually just two days (Monday and Tuesday).

During that week you'll also have an English reading test. So it's vital that you are well prepared and get a nice score for your test. This means that today and also October 23rd there'll be time for you to practise reading.

What's more? You ought to have a 90% presence in order to receive your English grade in Trajectplanner which means that you are only allowed to miss one class during this first quarter. In case you've missed more than that, these hours should be rectified before receiving your grade.

Enough about that... what about reading? You can pick any text from the link below.
Read such a text and do the acticities that relate to the text and/or write a summary. Always use a notebook or a Word document to note your answers!

--> List with extensive reading texts

If you have difficulties reading the text you can of course translate some of the words though you must know that you cannot use a translator during the test. Any other questions, don't hesitate to ask me.

Quick Check about this blog message:
1. When is the test week?
2. What test do you have for English?
3. Can you use Google translate during the test?
4. When will you receive your grade?
