So, it's been a while but... what do you remember from last year?
What's again the difference between the present simple and the present continuous?
Present simple key words: 1 verb, fact or habit, shit rule
Examples:
I walk to school every day(habit, every day)
I walk to school every day(habit, every day)
Spain has a Mediterranean climate(fact, Spain = it so verb +s)
Tim plays football on Saturdays(habit, Saturdays, he = verb +s)
I am too late (fact)
I, you, we, they, your friends, my parents, etcetera = base form (like, do, work, talk, have)
He, she, it, the teacher, France, the iPad, my dog = base form +s (likes, does, works, talks, has)
Present continuous key words: am/are/is + verb, -ing , at the moment or limited duration

Questions
1) form of 'to be' (AM, ARE, IS) ? (ALWAYS the case with the present continuous)
SWITCH SUBJECT & VERB
I am too late --> Am I too late?
Spain is having a crisis --> Is Spain having a crisis?
They are working --> Are they working?
2) can, could, have got, must, should, etcetera?
SWITCH SUBJECT & VERB
She can call all the clients --> Can she call all the clients?
3) ALL other verbs
Add DO/DOES/DON'T/DOESN'T
They like Italian food --> Do they like Italian food?
Tim plays football --> Does Tim play football? !! (no +s after 2nd verb)
Negations
1) form of 'to be' (AM, ARE, IS) ? (ALWAYS the case with the present continuous)
I am or I'm not / you are not aren't / she is not or isn't
I am too late --> I'm not too late
Spain is having a crisis --> Spain is not having a crisis
They are wokring --> they aren't/ they're not working
2) can, could, have got, must, should, etcetera?
Cannot, couldn't, haven't got, etcetera
She can call all the clients --> She can't call all the clients
3) ALL other verbs
Add DON'T/DOESN'T
They like Italian food --> They don't like Italian food
Tim plays football --> Tim doesn't play football !! (no +s after 2nd verb)
